Precision Construction and Painting is looking for experienced Waterproofers and Carpenters with strong skills in deck and balcony waterproofing systems.

Job Overview / Descripción del Trabajo:
Most work is performed on elevated balconies, stairs, landings, and walkways.

You Must Be Able to / Debe Poder:
Demo existing decks and plywood / Demoler plataformas y madera existentes
Install flashing and scuppers / Instalar flashing y scuppers
Install drains / Instalar drenajes
Install new plywood with correct slope / Instalar madera nueva con la pendiente correcta
Apply acrylic lath waterproof systems / Aplicar sistemas impermeables de malla acrílica
Perform basic framing and carpentry / Realizar framing y carpintería básica
Requirements / Requisitos:
3 to 7 years of experience / 3 a 7 años de experiencia
Must own and maintain basic hand tools / Debe poseer y mantener herramientas básicas
Reliable transportation required / Debe tener transporte confiable
Job Details / Detalles Adicionales:
Hours / Horas: 40 per week / 40 por semana
Location / Ubicación: In person – Job sites throughout San Diego County / En persona – Obras en todo el Condado de San Diego
Schedule / Horario: Monday – Friday 7 a.m. – 4 p.m. / Lunes a Viernes 7 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Pay / Pago: $28 – $35 per hour depending on experience / $28 – $35 por hora según la experiencia
